Xtra.ca's Michael Pihach travelled to Montreal over the August long weekend for Divers/Cité, the city's gay arts and culture festival. The event was forced to scale back after the Harper government rejected their tourism funding request in July. But it seems festival-goers didn't let that bad news bring them down:
