Rose McGowan made a SPESSIAL guest appearance on Law & Order: SVU this week. What the hell happened to her face? She claims she was in a car accident and needed to go under the knife afterwards.... I call it bullshitsties! Apparently, she has been turned down for many Hollywood roles recently because of her new VISAGE. Producers are worried she isn't recognizable and don't want to cast her.
