Devimco has a new plan for the much ballyhooed rezoning of the historic neighbourhood of Griffintown in Southwest Montreal, writes Spacing Montreal.

Renamed "District Griffintown," the project will now include social-housing units... but office spaces, condos and a 3-star hotel too. BOO. Check out this video about my old neighbourhood... for a true appreciation of Southwest.
