Ca commence avec HTMLles

The HTMLles fest is still going on, and cyborgs make it worth your while. The fest name is a funny play on words. It means: ELLEs, as in HER. HTMLles. Get it?

Also, if you know any womyns that could be potentially THE BEST EVER (technology-oriented lady): Fast Company, a magazine, is looking for submissions. Push your fav femmes forward! Now here is a pixelated womyn, for your enjoyment (obvi).

Oh Weekend...

... how i love thee. Did you do great things this fin de semaine? Me no. But kinda! I hurt my thumb in a gross way. I decided against posting a pic of it. Oh yeah and that thing with Pride Toronto. Oy. You can read about that on the main Xtra page. But i want to share about my findings. I am single and thus spend much time going to thrift stores for treasures, biking and also, going to the library. This weekend i picked up some nice books about lesbian LOVEMAKING. It's in French but ILLUSTRATED. I went to the farmer's market also. But Lesbian Book oh yes. Here are some pics from this mediocre but awesome but normal weekend spent in my hood (South-West represent). I also biked everywhere. Montreal Libraries.

I need to write about my weekend more often.

Edgy, so edgy

This is a video from the recent Edgy Women fest. Nice diversity here, and I think most of these peeps are Montrealers!
